I met John 20 years ago. I was Frame Sales Representative. I can honestly say, he was my absolute favourite customer and has become a great friend. John is a gentleman through and through, and the kindest, funniest man, who always supported me and welcomed me to his store and his home over the last 20 years. I will really miss him.
